Terms and conditions

1. No smoking.

2. £100 deposit is required to confirm the booking and the full balance is due 2 months before arrival.

3. In the event of cancellation within 2 months of the rental, then the balance of the rental is payable. If we are able to re-let the accommodation all monies received will be refunded less expenses incurred in re-letting (normally 10%). It is recommended that you take out cancellation insurance within your own travel insurance policy.

4. Prices quoted are per week, unless stated otherwise, please see prices and availability for prices.

5. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

6. The cottage will normally be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.

7. Accommodation to be left clean and tidy on departure, failing this we reserve the right to levy a cleaning charge.

8. No pets.

9. Please report damages or breakages immediately, the owners reserve the right to charge for damages and breakages other than fair wear or tear.

10. The owners shall not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury (whether consequential or otherwise) to any property which you or any other person may suffer or sustain arising from the use or enjoyment of Yr Hen Stabl and its grounds. The owners will not be liable for any inconvenience, annoyance, loss or damage (whether consequential or otherwise) in the event of any or all your booked accommodation being unavailable under this agreement for any reason save that we will repay all monies paid.
